Just a public note of thanks to Craig Moates. Simply, I had an issue involving some of his parts. Some emails and calls later it turns out the parts themselves were not the problem. Still, Craig is sending me an additional piece that he didn't have to do. I can tell you he's a great guy to deal with. :tup:

I have always had great dealing with Craig as well.

Recently ordered his usb aldl cable and wouldnt connect. Gave me no less than 10 things to try, went through the list and found which one fixed the issue and got me rolling. To make things even better he called me back later in the day to see how it was going and if he could help anymore.

Stand up guy to say the least

I bought an autoprom from him back when they first came out. A few years later I started to have issues with it. After troubleshooting with Craig and trying a couple of things he asked me to send it back so that he could test it. A few days later a brand new Autoprom was delivered to my door. I have had nothing but good experiences with Moates...

Cool so Im guessing he burns chips for our trucks to or you just use his parts to do your own??

Use his parts and make your own. Or get an Autoprom or Ostrich and just emulate.. No need to really ever burn a chip anymore..

get an Autoprom or Ostrich and just emulate I keep hearing these names and I cant find where they sell anything either just good old RPM and Detroit turbo (Later has nothing for our trucks any more all custom ordered and wait)
