I picked up some new parts over the winter, so over spring break i did a number of things, mainly 50lb injectors, 63e turbo and DP. and a fuel pump for the second time in a year
Pulling the turbo
Hacked stock DP
1600 ceramic coating
Polishing compressor( i hit it with 100 grit and 320 and thats as far as i got before it got installed, ill pull it off later when i have time.
new intake hoses
assembled turbo ready to go in
turbo installed and hooked up to homemade intake
when i did the injectors i had the upper intake off and had it tapped and the EGR plugged this allows me to use the left over port for vacuum sorce, Ill clean up the fittings this summer, also had to lengthen the map sensor and made a mount for it
I took off th ugly mount for map and egr sol. and made my own coil mount to clean things up
Just a picture of my engine tiedown, made it myself this last summer
you can also see my steering shaft i had modified for a astro van u joint, no more slop
Plugged front vac port and put external coolant sensor in intake
my mount i made for extra digital gauges and toggles for alky and TCC(done last summer)

thats how she sits right now
after getting everything done, the damn thing wouldnt run right, it had been loosing bin files for a couple days prior but i didnt think much, called a few buddies and borrowed a romulator, and she ran like new, the 50lb bin i have is right on so far. I only got 3 lbs of boost out of it before i had to leave for school again, but boy does she sound different!
I sent the bad rom. in to get fixed as we speak and after schools out i should be tuning it this summer.
