trying out tshirt design, as well as experimenting on a new logo for n.a.s.t.e. please forgive the groaty-ness, hand screening onto a black tshirt with shitty inks rarely ends in your favor.

before i start a group buy (which is almost a definite before NATS), what are your guys' honest opinions on the actual logo on the front (more specifically, the symbol on the left as well as the typography). I had been toying with a couple ideas for a new logo for our club, one totally different than you'd expect to see for a car club. A LOT of focused professional attention went into the symbol, even though it seems so simple.

I am NOT trying to sway anyone into liking it, I want to hear feedback from graphic and non-graphic people alike. Basically, although the decals continue to work fine for our trucks, we need an identity that is not specific to one truck or the other, but still pertains to something unique about this breed of vehicle.

Anyway, criticism on the actual design of it is appreciated. Thanks, and please don't jump the gun on the GP! This one was Hand-Screened, and I don't have nearly the time to do the shirts personally, so I have to locate an outside source. Thanks -
