Throttle body???

Were is the huge air port on the bottom of the throttle body suppose to go? If your looking straight at the inlet on the t-body its the one down and to the right. Thanks for you help!

Nowhere. The same TB was use on 88-91 Corvettes and 88-92 F -bodies. This port was for coolant to prevent icing form venturi effect. The turbo produces enough heat that this is not need. GM didn't both casting a different plate for a limited edition truck.
