You most likely have burned up your 3-4 clutch pack. It'll drive under normal conditions for a long time. My Ty went with the clutches completely burnt to the metal(metal to metal)for a long time. Just had sloppy 2-3 and 3-4 you couldn't feel at all.
When you do it, look into the 9 clutch stack from Alto, it is the red eagle friction set. Also delete the 3-4 load release springs from the input drum and increase the size of the #44 hole in the separator plate. This stuff is on Jesse's site. Seal the air bleed hole on the input drum and get a larger TV boost valve. The increase in pressure along with the greater surface area of contact from the 9 clutch stack should keep your sloppy 2-3 from coming back.
You don't have to do anything right away as long as you drive smart and not abuse the crap out of it.
