Tuning suggestions

Ok, I will do my best with the limited info I have. Brandon may be able to shed some more light on the topic if needed. We ran check with Tuner Pro on SAT, however we did not save the file for review. The one run we did was from a 10 MPH punch to about 60-65 or so. Knock shows 0 through 1st gear then, jumps to 3 at the 1-2 shift and climbs to around 6. Same on the 2-3 shift, knock shows 3 and climbs to around 6. The truck was last tuned 4/05 with Taylor wires, NGK UR5's, Napa copper cap and rotor, AC Delco fuel filter, and GM PVC valves. The only mods to the truck are a Johnson pump hotwired, I/C scoop, hare line delete and, a Gilbert shaft. We just installed an eletric AM Boost gauge and it looks like I'm right at 15 PSI. I know I have an issue with the front diff bushings and the rear u-joint is in need of a rebuild. Could the suspension be causing this knock? If it is not related to the suspesnion then, any ideas on a place to start would be greatly appreciated. I also have more tuning stuff I need to install: AFPR and a new 255 LPH FP. I will be getting the suspension issuses resolved before the NATS along with new shocks and a rear sway bar.

I read pages of knock related items for tuning help but I did not see anything close to the specific things I am seeing. TIA

What were the o2 volts, and even better if you have WB readings?

What chip? Did you put a 3 bar in without a AFR?

I will check in with Brandon and see if he has any other info to share since he was reading while I was driving.

Chip is stock, no 3 BAR yet.

Re: Tuning suggestions

The o2 value was in the upper 900's under wot.
I will post more on this later but I still feel like I got ran over by a truck from my birthday
