Turbo Buick Turbo's on Sy/Ty's?

6 beats 8

Tried doing a search on this but no luck. I have a few of my older turbos from my GN laying around, and was wondering if they can be used on the Ty. If so are there any adapters needed? how about the wastegate? Sorry for the newby questions.

You could get a PTE downpipe and have a PTE syty housing machined to match a turbo you already have.

Would save you the cost of buying a complete turbo. Then again, I'm not sure if anyone will sell just the d/p and turbine housing.

We sell the PTE downpipes separate and the turbine housings as well. The downpipes are expensive, but it is nice quality with a high flow cat and cutout.

I also now have bolt on garret turbos for the stock downpipe. The only thing you will need for install is the RPM oil drain line and a 3" inlet air filter. They are available for stock torque converter, 2800 stall and custom applications.
