I regret selling mine...it was tough...but I had made some bad financial decisions and paid the price. But then....here I am at Syty.net!!

My GN was awesome. Loved that car. T70BB Turbo, GN1 Heads, FAST ECU, Built Motor, Roller Cam...
And then I realized real quick that making power is easy - it's traction that's difficult.

we were just talking about this the other day.....what bad ass cars were there when we were middle school and high school days.
There was 1 Typhoon in HS, the teacher with the 79 Vette, a few C4's, a handful of IROCs, tons of 5.0 Mustangs, my dads Road Runner and Monte SS, but I dont remember seeing many GN's. I think that just like now, they have always been kind of pricey.
I believe that my middle school principal had a red 86 vette.
(and not saying that all the above are bad ass)

I had a '87 GN before I bought a '93 Ty. Still have the GN, sold the Ty though.

Good thread! If it weren't for my WE-4 I would have never got into Syclones. I'd take my Buick out and it seems that the Syclone guys would find me and we'd talk and show each other our rides (which rarely happened). So ever since, I've wanted a Sy. I never really thought I'd have the chance unless I sold something else. So I'm very lucky that I got mine and still have my Buick. But...the Buick is more fun to drive. It gets the attention and respect that I would like to see my Sy get. Unfortunetely the only people who give that to us already have one, or know about them.
