TX Meet Poll CLOSED

It's official, June it is for everyone following the first post for our first anual TX syty meet. It may not be the first meet in TX by all means, what im going for here is everyone in TX. We have decided a month, we now need to decide a weekend. Im going to leave the poll open untill Feb 1st to allow plenty of time for everyone discuss what weekend will work for them with there family's, Job, mom and dad(if you still live at home) ext.

The purpose of this post is to vote and decide on a weekend in June to have the event consisting of Saturday and Sunday. Those who want to show early can check in at the undecided Hotel for friday night. Plans for racing at the track will be saturday as of now untill I can discuss availability with the track manager.

I have left a message with the track manager and am looking forward to talking with him to schedule this event(car club) hosted at littleriverdragway.net June 2012. For location and track pictures/information please check out the tracks website.

The Hotel I plan on being within 1 hr from the racetrack. It is undecided at this time and another post will be made for event details/discussion. We have five possible weekends for this first time oppurtunity for everyone, please take your time and vote for a weekend you can be available all weekend!

Anyone live near Temple thats willing to help out please PM me asap

Dont forget Father's Day is June 17th, so for many of us that may not be a good weekend. Keep that in mind and discuss with the Family. Im thinking, 22, 23, 24 for my vote.

What I would like to see from everyone is to post to the thread and simply check-in after you have voted. You do not have to specify what weekend you voted for if you wish not to.

Im going to be getting some T-shirts made for the event also, details to come

Don't know if any body else is interested but Power tore will be in Arlington,tx June 8&9, would really like to be at both. Like to see it as the last weekend.

Basically I'm good for the first four choices. The last weekend in June is the only one that I can't attend.

Awesome, You bringing the Ty down? Sorry I couldnt make it out last weekend.

What happned in this poll? Only 9 voter's, last poll was 22 for the month set. Im happy with what weekned so far.

So, is this meet workable? We only had a whopping 10 votes in the poll. I'm cool with the poll date that got the most votes even though I didn't vote for it.
