looks like your intercooler is ****ed up. way to much knock, and your iat temps are way to high. almost as hot as your engine.
you seem to be rich. wouldn't cause knock i would say in this case.
I have a few concerns. Keep in mind this is my first turbo vehicle and honestly I don't know how to work on my vehicle any more than changing fluids and rotating my tires. I am a very fast learner though and I really really what to learn.
My main concern at first is TPS. I could only get about 80%. TPS is at 0% at idle. What else causes this? I do have a size 14 foot and tried to really dig my toe into the pedal to no avail. Could I really just not be pushing it in all the way?
Second is Spark retard. After I did the runs I noticed that I have a plug wire resting on my downpipe. If it is burnt through would that cause my Spark retard to be all sawtooth like it is?
My third concern is the boost line. Where do I start to trouble shoot why it is soo wavy?
Also, I had no DTC errors but the Data error thing beeped at me a few times throughout the run. (You'll see once the file is posted)
Thanks for any help!!!!

Need some more info on the truck...mods? TPS sensor could be bad..not sure how to test that off the top of my head.
At what points did the "data error" beep? Usually this means any data from that frame is invalid. So if high spark retard occurred during that time it may not be accurate.
Mods IIRC are AFPR, blow off valve, kenne bell intake, intercooler pump hotwired...and I am sure that's it.
The beeps occured at pretty random times, and never during one of the spark retard peaks.
Also, what should my IA temps be at? They started off at 106 and ended at 127. Too much increase?
just check it out. no need to say how much they need to be. your pump and intercooler has to be working.maybe blown fuse? look in the intercooler when on ignition and see if you see movement.
.
Actually, I'd disagree a little bit with the other guys on this one.... the boost is relatively good for a start and the IAT's aren't too far out of whack.
What I would do....
Let the engine warm up to at least 160 degrees before you do a run.
Play with the throttle with the engine off, key on, DM monitoring... this will let you see what is causing your 80% throttle reading... could be something as simple as a floor mat.
Check your timing, check your fuel pressure.
Tell us what gas you're running and how old it is. If it's old, pump it out and use it in your lawn mower... go get the best gas you can get and dump in 2 gallons of Zylene (xylene). It won't hurt anything for one tank full and it should produce a good, if not almost total reduction in knock.

After my first run (80% TPS) I made sure to remove the floor mat. The second run and I conscientiously dug my toe into the pedal and pressed it good and I got 83% TPS.
As far as gas goes, it's not old and the only thing available here is 91 octane. I can get a hold of race fuel though, if that is what you mean by (z)xylene to raise the octane.
I mentioned earlier that I noticed one of my plug wires resting on my downpipe. I pulled it away and noticed that the wire looks a little damaged, this HAS to be a significant player in the spark retard correct?
I ran DM with the engine off and got 100%TPS easily. I did three runs and could not get over 83%. I must have been doing something wrong.
Also, with the engine off, I can here the intercoolerr pump running and I supppose it feels like there is coolant running through the lines (they were changed to soft lines) BUT I cannot visually see coolant running through the upper IC when I peak inside. Should you be able to see coolant flowing? Every once and a while the pump would make a different noise and the coolant in the upper IC would bubble just the slightest bit. Clog somewhere maybe?
air inside the system. btw. maybe you got an bad ground somewere what are your volts trough the complete traject on the alternator?
do you got soft lines or all metal lines? it's a pita but common sence will get you thereNot sure what you mean about the alternator. Sorry. I do not have a multi-meter or know how to use one. I'll look into that as well.
Also, whats the procedure to burp the intercooler?
