Its still available. Don't try and negotiate the price. He is firm at $7k and its totally worth it!

I tried getting a hold of him for the last 3 weeks. Had cash and all. Was good at the asking price. Never heard anything so I went out to NV and picked one up. Ohh well. Hope you get it. It looked nice.

Hmmm...well it is winter here, maybe come spring time he'll be more motivated to sell? Personally I think he needs to keep it but that's just me.
