no now starts idles real high on start 2500 rpm does smoke bad rich idles better. now on acceleration about 1000 rpm sputters then wants to die when try to drive it on acceleration have to idle to get back from down street stumble on acceleration:tdown:

Did you ever log it using Datamaster or TunerPro?

yes ran data master graphs it dnt know much about reading it though the stats

dnt see oxygen sensor in intake under elbow:tdown: put in map senssor delco stock one still same runs fine till idles then bogs and stalls bad and is smoking black smoke bad then stubles when warm and wants to die on acceleration:tdown:

Did he just miss the O in don't.... Saying there is no o2 sensor in the truck? If that's the case you need an O2 sensor there for the computer to see... IMO ... Possible ecm took it in the pants also..

Hey it has O2 sensor a new one any one around kc mo knows about these Demons I have another one runs great only idles about 1000 rpm on cold start . thanks Demon owner

Sounds to me like you either have a bad ecm, bad or wrong (1 bar) map sensor or a vacuum leak... why don't you take the ecm out of the one that runs and try it.
