Sorry, wrong offset, I did buy the 56mm offset, I just looked at the inside of the wheel. So, knowing this, what's the deal?

There's a picture for you.The bolt in the lower A arm simply makes the turning radius larger by preventing the wheels from going to full lock.Basically all you are doing is lengthening the steering stops.

I looked at my wheels when I got home and they are exactly flush with the front cladding. Again, i also bought the correct 56mm offset. Guess I'll have to grind some more.

I have been grinding on my a-arms.... dont see anything wrong with it. Better than rubbing ur wheels.

Maybe its time for Jeff Scotts suspension upgrades.

OMFG are you serious? All you gotta do is put a freaking bolt in your lower a arm like I showed in the picture. You don't have to grind ANYTHING.I don't know how much clearer I can make this.

Apparently you aren't gonna listen to people that know what the fuck is up,so from now on you will never get any useful advice from me.

Grind away,dipshit!!

Jimmy Mann,

Dude, calm the hell down!!!! Your idea is a fine one and I appreciate the help in posting the pic. When I wrote my reply stating that I needed to grind more, I didn't fully understand your solution. I do now and will try it. Not helping me is fine, that's up to you. I just find you're way to quick to snap! Take another pill and calm down.......everything is going to be OK. Let it go! Think calming thoughts!

I also have a bolt in the lower A- arms and feel it is a much better idea than to grind away. Just get the right size drill + tap for the bolts your going to use.

rather than notching the arms i had 1/8th inch metal added to the steering stops. just me but it seemed safer than cutting into the arms.

yes the turning radius is affected a bit but not an inconveience.

Someone here discovered that you can drill and tap a hole, and put a bolt in there. Viola, instant adjustable steering stop.
