Vacuum hose connection???

Hi Guys. while I was making some changes on my TY I noticed a hose connection on bottom/front of the throttle body. It has no hose connected to it?? It is about 3/4inch and from the looks of it does'nt seem to have been used. I've looked at the engine vacuum harness guide in my service manual supplement and see no reference to a vacuum connection in that location. Can someone wiser set me streight? If it is at the bottom of the throttle body it sounds like the coolant passage used on the LT style motor in the vette/camaro of the time they are not used on syty's to my knowledge (at least the sy's) there is porbably one caped off on the fire wall side of the TB roward the top

It is not needed and in not a vacuum port so you are good.
