Hey all I was wondering what a normal vacuum reading should be. My truck pulls 30 in. at idle in park, seems like a whole lot to me.

yes thats too much. depending on the mods, 16-18in

Do you read this on the stock gauge or on an aftermarket one? If on the stock, just forget it and hook up an other one. Otherwise it's a problem you should investigate in. How does the truck perform under boost?
