OK, well i know there has been some interest in getting some more of these mounting kits that SonomaGTlover was making, and i also know there are some people that have placed orders and paid and never gotten anything, and i wish i could do something about that, but i cant, but i will say that i WILL NOT do the same to anybody.
I have an extra kit that i bought, that i will be using as a template to remake the kits and make them available again. They will be aluminum just as before, and include all needed hardware and instructions to get the fan installed in the truck, the fan wiring and controller of choice will still be up to you, and as of right now i dont have any of the fans themselves, and have not been able to find a good source of them, i suggest you search ebay as there is usually a couple posted up at any one time for around 50 bucks plus shipping.
I will be offering the orignal kit that will fit all 82-93 S-10/S-15/Sonoma trucks and 83-94 S-10 Blazer/GMC Jimmy/Olds Bravada SUV's. will be the same kit no matter what engine you have, as long as the radiator is in the stock location your good.
I will also be making a new kit that will fit the 94-03 S-10/Sonoma trucks, and the 95-05 Blazer/Jimmy/Bravada/Envoy, and again will fit with either the 2.2L 4, or 4.3L V6 and again if you have the rad in the stock location this will fit just fine.
Both kits will be a complete bolt on solution, and will not reuse the stock fan shroud at all, and it wont need to be modified at all either as the volvo fan has a built in shroud. So the stock clutch fan and shroud can be removed and stored if you ever want to return the truck back to stock.
There will be alittle bit of an increase in the price for the kits, over what they previously sold for, this is due to my cost for the materials.
Complete kits wil include an upper and lower plate with all stainless hardware and instructions needed to get the fan installed. Im going to set the price at $65 + $10 for shipping with insurance.
I should have a few kits ready to go in the next week or so, atleast for the 1st gen trucks, i still need to do alittle more R&D on the 2nd gen kits. I will post up some pics here in a day or two. I can take paypal or a check or MO for payment, and i plan to have these always available, so that once payment is made your kit will ship out within 48 hours, and you will be emailed a tracking number.
