...seen a Sy under a car cover. Looked like it had the original Firestone tires on it. Although I can't say that I was amazed, I had seen this advertised in the local auto trader for quite some time with no real intrested buyer. I asked the salesperson what they wanted for the Sy and he said 20 grand. I asked how many miles were on it and he said that he wasn't sure but he tought it had 1600 or 16,000 miles on it and the motor had never been touched. Very suprised that a quad dealer knew this.

I am going to email the dealership and see if I can't get pics of the truck and at least a vin of it.

Just thought I would share the experience.

Not for the price they are asking. I believe that it is worth about 16K, but 20 is a little bit out of my price range and for the suck low milage on the truck. Who knows if the trans is shot or the engine is in need of TLC. That and I still have my 4x4 S10 payment that I have a year on. Maybe I'm smoking crack, but it would seem if they were hard up on selling it, that it wouldn't make a difference if I offered 10K or 16K.

I actually offered them 10K and they acted intrested, but who knows with the clowns at a ATV dealer.

It's located in Michigan Center, MI at Holiday Powersports.

To give you some background on this truck, the salesman told me that the truck has never been touched in the engine compartment, so it is safe to say that the trans is also untouched, so I'd assume it's a totally stock truck. I have also seen this truck running around last year in Jackson, MI with a kid driving it. Unsure if there are any problems, but if it is under the car cover, i'd assume something's wrong with it.

I emailed the party hoping to get some pics of the truck. I'll keep anyone posted of the progress.

Why? Maybe someone there knows what it is and is keeping it out of sight from the unknowingly blind people that dismiss it as "another S10" :D

or something :lol:

Go get it before one of those people do.

I would, but funds don't allow it. :( Seems like everytime I see one for sale, I don't have the cash to get one. *SIGH*

Its about an hour away from me.

I could take a drive out to look at it tomorrow.... run datamaster, and get some pics, vin # , etc.
