Weight of the stock seats?

As the subject says. Has anybody measured them? I tried to search for it, but found nothing. I'm thinking to replace the stock seats and would like to know the possible weight saving.

On my bathroom scale I weighed each bucket seat at 36 pounds with the brackets attached.

Thanks. The Momo and Sabelt seats I was looking for around 9-15 kg with alu brackets. That's 20-30 lbs, so from a weight saving point of view I shouldn't change them. Anyway, thanks again...

The thing about weight is this :

Its easier to find 16 places to lose an ounce - than to find one place to lose a pound.

Relatively speaking 16 lbs each seat is 32 lbs total . That plus the spare ,the jack , alumium drums , light weight wheels , aluminum driveshaft , plus , etc ,etc......

You are right Sean, but for that kinda money ($400/seats+) I can make my Sy much faster than 32 lbs could give me. If I already used up all my other chances to go faster I'd buy them. But that's a couple 10 grands away. :-?
