I don't know the part number, but it's a ZQ8.

Is there an accurate listing anywhere of ZQ8 and other GM "fast ratio" steering boxes?

I got screwed by a member on a ZQ8 purchase that didnt live up to its claim. I'm wondering if we did business with the same person. PM me a hint if you dont mind.
