well time to hit the thread again!
Well i just drove my Sy to the theater tonight to see Madea goes to jail.
But all day today i worked on ty#1710 of nctyphoon's. The fuel pressure reg went bad and filled the engine up with fuel to the point that it hydro locked the engine from turning over. So i had to pull all the plugs out and drain the fuel out of the cylinders then replaced the bad reg and a new set of plugs. All was well till it killed the o2 sensor setting a code 44. well worked on here truck at her house with very limited tools so i had her drive it to my house where i swapped out the o2 sensor and she stated the the truck was making a bad squealing nose while driving. took the wheel off to find the front brakes wore down to wear tabs. I also changed the oil in it after i got it running! :tup:

tore all the cladding of my sy, and put it in the dumpster. that stuff is cheap anyway and every extreme has it
no, pulled it off for a repaint, rerouted my brake lines, fixed my battery, and took all of the cladding off of croscar his Ty. ****ing shit was metal rivvetted in place. had to drill and grind them all off

Thanks Pat! Now I got to get some tires before my old ones crap out! I think I got my 6 years of driving out of them , lol. Here's a pic of Pat showing how to burp the intercooler

if you guys need a hand let me know:tup: Just a reminder he will need to go to the stealership to get the trans to transfer case gasket. The auto parts places don't carry them. Did you get a TY t-case if not the output shaft size is diffrent than a sy.
