Installed MSD billet distributor, new plugs & Hood Tuned Taylor wires. Had to drain the fairly new Mobil 1 synthetic oil because to not void the distributor warrantee and properly break it in. Changed to Mobil 5000. Should be running by this weekend.

Today on my TY I installed an autometer phantom boost and air fuel gauge with full pillar and pulled the ECM to see what chip was in it and washed the truck

1. Removed my passenger wheelhouse panel in hopes of getting better access to replace the starter and install my turbo blanket. I was planning on buying a NOS one to replace it. I figured it was rotted like my driver side fender well was (bought replacement NOS one last month). I think I'm gonna get lucky though....blast and powder coat should do it. Money saved = :D.

The truck had a coolant overflow tank leak when I purchased it 2 years ago. Fixed it within a week of ownership. Guess the leak was worse than I thought...

2. Stripped the BRAND F'N NEW threads on the BRAND F'N NEW starter......Simple job + Typhoon =. I'm getting used to making projects out of simple tasks. I hope I can find someone to attempt and re-thread it tomorrow <sigh>

3. Swore at truck for 20 mins while drinking a beer.

4. Watched Mile High Boost's video of his red/gray beating the SRT Ram....felt better:thumbsup:

my doorstop was full of boxes when i returned from work. Installed a new PLX sensor, rebuilt my QTP cutout, new fuel filter, cherry gas smells, and new headlights.

A gas station near me just started selling VP110 at the pump. I might go out and tune a tank of that.

Did you ever get that break-up issue fingered out?

Truck had 3" blocks with the wedge in the wrong spot, so I swapped them out for some 2" blocks and JTR axle set back plates and relocated the wedge. Truck was on the bumpstops, but now it has some travel.

Put in a 180 thermostat, tested the old 195 on the stove and it didn't open very far even at 200+

New blower motor relay and now the blower fan works correctly.

Flushed the I/C and must have gotten rid of some air pockets because it flows like mad now

Re: What did you do to your SY/TY today?

Drained the fuel tank and pulled the failed fuel pump out of the Typhoon. But before I put the Walbro in, I decided to order a new sending unit since the original fuel line got crimped some when I was wrestling it apart - even after bathing in PB Blaster overnight and using an opposing wrench. :usa:

Changed the plugs today and was going to do the fuel filter but appears my friend at the parts store gave me the wrong one. On Saturday had the original radio installed which I could have done but it has a speaker box and amp that I did not know how to connect. When doing the plugs came across two different plugs, we were installing the CR42TS plugs and the truck had CR42TS and CR43TS plugs in it. Tomorrow will be changing the serpentine belt, cap and rotor and fuel filter, getting ready to take truck on a trip to Ocean City, Maryland.

Finished up my A2A install. Currently trying to figure out how and where to mount my battery. Don't want to move it to the bed. Going to step back from the from the battery issue for awhile and try to get the Walbro pump and Racetronix harness in today.

Re: What did you do to your SY/TY today?

Another step closer to finishing my dutchty CAC install. Between the wife's recovery from knee replacement surgery and helping her out, I've taken it a step at a time. I also had to re-tap the fitting in the CAC when I boogered up the threads with the fitting I got from Summit for it. I also had to shorten that fitting from Summit and re-cut threads on it because it was too long. It's all set to go into the Ty tomorrow morning.
