Put the new L35s on, new ARP head bolts, new Comp 850 lifters, new hardened pushrods, and started getting the new full roller rockers in.

Aaaaand: Cleaned and rebuilt my injectors! Squeee!

installed this, I need to center the rear wheels, will move it back some. If I grind off the welding bugers and polish the shaft do you think I will need a rebalance?

if you were just removing the splatter and nothing else, I dont think a rebalance would be needed. I was planning on doing the same thing if I ever got mine, but I guess Ill do that next year when I get the replacement :roll:

That must have been a bitch to install with it being that tight of a fit..... you should be OK once you shift the rear back, but I wouldn't drive it like it is. You normally want at least 3/4"-1" clearance between the yoke and the tailshaft housing.

I can't see removing the spatter causing any noticeable issues with the balance. But let me know if it does because I will be doing mine as well :)

it should move an inch to center the wheel. I'm going the bell tech lowering springs, with the afco adjustable centering plate.

Got it back from dealer for motor mounts/alignment (won't go back - long story). Set timing and fuel pressure. Front and rear diff gear oil. Added drain plug to the front (what were they thinking?).

Speaking of the printer, glad to see other car lots use the same pieces of shit that we do. I hate those goddamn Okidatas.

we have one as well, works great to be honest, prolly 20 yr old as well
