Tore the pillar apart to rearrange my gauges. Also to redo the wiring above the e-brake where the senders sit. I also have the throttle pedal and cable out because I'm only getting 90% throttle. Can you believe the pedal was loose at the panel???

Charged up the dead battery so I could move it out of the garage. I let it idle in the driveway for a good 30 minutes and then took it for a quick drive around the block.

Went nuts on the Ty today: new front hub assemblies, new CV axles, and the front shocks that are the same line as the rears I put on a couple of weeks ago. I also did an oil change on her and got rid of the orange POS filter and went with a Wix. Afterwards, I was driving her and heard a scraping coming from the driver's side. So, back off with the front wheel and found out the dust shield got a little bent and got up against the inside edge of the rotor. No damage to the rotor, just had to bend the dust shield back into position.

I didn't do all this today but my 92 is starting to come back together.

I started the winter aiming to paint the car, took the fenders off and then the"while I got it apart" bug bit me.

I had my exhaust ceramic coated, powder coated a lot of engine parts, upgraded the throttle body and I gave it a shot at porting the upper intake and intercooler inlet.
I am awaiting my new ac compressor to arrive in the mail in the meantime i got the bypass pulley so that I can hopefully fire it up this weekend.

Went to the salvage yard yesterday morning and pulled a rear sway bar and hardware from a 96 Jimmy. Finished up the install on my Ty today using an Energy Suspension kit for the end links. Took it for a test drive, and wow! Along with the work I did earlier installing the lowering blocks and putting performance shocks on it, she handles like a completely different truck now. Doesn't handle like a Sy or Ty with a coilover suspension, but handles a whole lot better than she used to.

Working on pulling the Trans out. Currently trying to get the Transfercase out. Dropped off the spare Trans at the shop Friday. Oh how fun :?

Car show trophy not sure there were no specific classes, maybe because it has a grand national engine in it? I heard that more than once while I was there.:lol::lol::lol:

Finished installing my Autometer Boost gauge I bought from T-Bone.
Took it for a run and confirmed my suspicions about it boost spiking to 14psi, while running less than this most of the time :( If I increase it, it overboosts. More work to do.

Got it back from paint. Hell, the list of things I've done in the last few months is exhaustive...

I just want to drive it at this point.
