Hi,
I am no expert here but I beleive that N/A stands for Normally Asperated (meaning no turbocharger).

Correct; NA usually means naturally aspirated; fuel injected or carburated; no super or turbocharger. Z-code is the engine code, or 8th digit of the VIN. 4.3's came in X, W, and Z code (maybe some others too?) they had various levels of claimed HP and what not. Sometimes the engine code will tell whether it was TBI, CFPI, etc.
