I doubt you need anything other than a stock ECM. Custom chips can be burned for it, and it will easily run most combo's into the 10 second quarter mile range.
At me the problem, 50% WOT works well, 100% WOT it is a lot of smoke, turns do not raise rpm, the motor is switched off. Who had such problem? Changed ECM (used) three times.

If you have tried 3 different ECM, likrly the ECM is not the problem. Do you have a scan tool? My first guess is it sound like your having either ignition problems or perhaps overboost issue.

Is your cap and rotor recent? Brand of Cap and Rotor? Spark plug wires recent? Any chance the spark plug wires are out of firing order or one of them is touch the down pipe?
On single turns the motor works exactly, does not shiver. That can occur on WOT, turns do not rise above 2500, on 50% WOT Turns rise up to 4500 and above, there are no problems.
Today has noticed, that in "Р" pressing on a pedal, the temperature, very quickly, with 140 up to 210 for 5 seconds starts to grow. What would it mean?
