What kind of socket and size to remove prop bolts ?

I need to remove my front prop shaft and I dont know what kinda socket or size to use to get them off !!!!!! it looks like a hex head bolt wft ??? also when they go back on whats the torque spec on them ?

Its called a reverse torx.
Lisle makes a socket set that fits them.
Napa or All Pro auto parts, most any local parts house should carry them.
I got mine at Sears.

I don't have the tq# but i just tighten the shit out of them...

i did search but came up with nothing considering i didnt know what it was called cant search for something i dont know whats called. what size is the socket i need ?

They are have Locktight on them. You may not get them out without some heat. Helps a bunch.

12 point's work also. will need A 3/8 for the front & A 7/16 for the rear.
