Well, help me decide. It needs to repainted for sure, but I'm not sure where I'm going after that

Keep in mind this truck is going to be driven probably pretty close to daily and it isn't going to get special treatment (ie, it might get used as a truck  ).... I suspect it will be doing school commuter duty

Tonneau and bedliner all the way. Being able to put stuff in the back and not worry about scratching paint or hearing things scape against the bed is nice, and if you get a plastic one like a Pendaliner it's easier to unload stuff. Tonneaus are a no-brainer, awesome for keeping stuff dry and hidden, and keeping snow out of the bed if you live in such an area.:2cents:

if by bedliner you mean like a rhino lining...i'd go that route. Not those stupid plastic preformed linings that slides around and scratches the hell outta the paint.

definately Rhinoliner IMO.
This is what I was thinking... I have a drop in duraliner in my Sierra, like it in that application but this truck won't be seeing that kind of duty at all. I'm also going to be bedlining the underside of the floorboards, as this one may see salt. There is also going to be a lot of POR-15 in my future

go with a spray in liner (line-x>rhino) and tonneau.

Go this way, you will like it more. I have one of those drop in rubber mats in my 88 S-10 SB and I allways have to remove and clean under it.
