of course, if theres no significant demand for kits, maybe we wont stock them.
The price is steep to do-it-yourselfers, especially if you decide to not replace certain parts, and choose to go with rubber instead of a quality silicone hose.
To justify my prices:
Everyone whos purchased the kits I've sold has been an extremly happy customer, and several have mentioned how they would have happily payed more for them without me asking for input. The parts are quality, Ive used them on my own truck since before selling the kits. Ive tested heat ranges of the plastics I use, and purchased the best parts I could find. The instructions I put together are descriptive enough for the simple minded, and diagramed well enough to be a fast reference for the technically inclinded. I put together the kits to length, cut, zip tied, and vacuum tested. I even include zip ties needed for the installation.
With the prices of hose at autozone, I imagine you could get away with replacing the lines for under $20. As for a materials comparison, my cost of just the hose needed for the kits is more then that, and thats with me ordering $1200 worth of hose at a time.

No one was trying to flame you. It's just an option that we all were throwing out.

Sounds good to me... I'm not in a huge hurry to do this so if anyone can come up with a kit, I'll gladly pay a few extra bucks and "keep it in the fam"!!![]()
If it's not in the forseeable future, seattlesy has set me the right direction for a DIY job.... ::thumbsup::
Somebody let me know...

Like you said, no flames directed at anyone here, but just because you make some kits does not mean others can't do it themselves. Again, its awesome you guys do that sort of thing, but its also fun for some of us to do thing oursleves at the same time!
