What's the value these days???

I have a descision to make:house or TY.
With strong influence from the wife it appears buying a house won out.
My question is,What are Typhoons worth in todays economy???

Some details on my Ty:
56,1xx miles,built engine @ 23k,forged rods/pistons/hardened crank/vortec heads/ARP hardware,etc... No expense spared.Machine work and parts purchased from RPM.Mike was a huge help.Under the hood it is a new truck.
Currently it's as near to stock as I could get it to pass smog.The cladding on the driver's rear corner is broken(somebody clipped the back of my truck and took off,no damage was done to the body).There is a crack in the passenger side same piece,I ran over a piece of tire on the freeway.
I took the turbo,meth inj,MSD billet dist,MSD 6btm and ultimate chip(SOLD) out for smog.
Should I reinstall these parts to sell it,or sell it as is???
With the stock chip,it does get a Check Engine light on occasion(code 32,EGR).Since the heads have no EGR ports it needs a chip to bypass EGR function.
Otherwise,it's a pretty clean truck,in and out.The paint has it's flaws but it still looks good.

Are you just running it N/A, or with a stock turbo or something?

Not very good!!! the Market is rough as hell! there are alot of real nice trucks out there for sale right now!!!

Stock turbo is on it right now,took the Turbonetics off and the Methanol with it.
Is it worth more with or without the mods???

If it has been modded it probably wont matter either way. I know when I look for a vehicle I want little to no mods becuase I want to mod the vehicle myself so I know it is done right(or atleast my way)

I dont think there is much of a market for our truck right now unless you are going to sell it cheap it probably wont sell.which sucks:2cents:

Same as my car. Sucks on both end. I want a ty for a decent price but obviously anyone needs to get what they need out of it and same with my car. everyone is looking for a cheap vette, but i need what i need out it. Frustrating sometimes. lol
