You can get Moog parts from Summit or Rockauto.com. CarQuest also sells Moog parts re-packaged as CarQuest units. CarQuest is normally more expensive from what I have seen.

I put a Moog one on my Syclone back in the day.

I forget where I got it, so this post is nearly useless other than confirming that they do exist.

I'd try your local auto parts (Autozone, PepBoys) considering they made 8 kazillion 4x4 Blazers, and it's the same part.

I saved this e-mail from the list. I don't know if they are all correct, because I never ordered them, but here you go:

Get the front end off the ground.
Grab a wheel at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock and shake.
If it wobbles 6 - 12 (top to bottom) it is the ball joints.

then grab 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock (side to side)
if it gives or you feel slack then its tie rods (pitman or idler also).
Considering how old these trucks are now Id say pretty much everyone's bushings are shot if they been driven on much.
Upper and Lower control arms.
PST is the only one I know of that sells a complete kit, but Moog is better and Michael Hood just gave me all the Moog numbers so I'll pimp them.
