where can i get the door handel plastic thing ?

I was looking at many pics of peoples rides and i was wondering i saw only on ty's thought the plastic cover thing for the door handel and lock do you know what im talking about ? its got to be after market kinda like them i was wondering are they factory and where can i gat them at i have a syclone will they fit it ive only seen them on ty's any help ?

The were factory on 92 Ty's only.

I can make a mold of them if they aren't sold anywhere else. I'm in the middle of making a cladding mold ATM, but if there is enough interest, I can make one for the door protectors.

seems to me like everyone who has them wants them gone, and everyone who doesn't wants them :lol: ... are they specific to the Ty's ? My sonoma doesn't have them and I checked a couple of S10 parts catalogs but no dice

I'd deff love someone to make this door protector i think the sy would look good with it ! start a list and give a price i want them ! :tup:

im debating shaving my handles on my 92 typhoon so if i end up doing it i could part with my set..... but i wont reallly know until the summer..... sorry it couldnt be sooner.

nope. and i'm not sure i even spelled it right. But just think people should learn what the thing is called. Just like everyone gets upset when someone says Cyclone body kit.

Those went out of production some time ago. I got the last driver side piece 6 years ago.
There was some kind of contract/union issue then they just quit carrying them. $35 each from GM new back in the day.
