Those look like Mille Miglia wheels to me. I've seen a couple trucks with them already. (Smaug has a set too)

They are Niche wheels. I can't remember what the name is on them though. They actually look good on some cars, but obvisouly not on a TY ! I guess the bonus is the one I'm picking up tomorrow just went up in valus a little........

There isn't a plate on it. Hopefully this is a competition vehicle that isn't driven. That way not as many people see it.

edit: Is that crap on your windshield or does it have two bullet holes in the door cladding?
