White Typhoon spotted in Richmond VA

Spotted a White Ty heading south on 288 in Richmond VA yesterday. Looked nice from across the median. I didn’t have time to chase him down.

Wasn't me, but I know there's one other white Ty in the Norfolk area. Not sure what all is out in other parts of Virginia.
