Well after some searching all i found was his name Torrey, dont know if hes a member of the board. Damm i slow posting. Heres a pic of the fuel rails.

some background...


torrey is a member of the syty group...he lives in california.

unforetunaly, torrey is impossible to get ahold of and absolutely no one knows what kind of work he does, other than he is a pilot.

torrey also is the maker of the carbon fiber tailgate that sean morris sold a few weeks back...

sean has been trying to contact torrey for a long time now so i could speak with him on the molds for the tailgates....


and what i mean by its impossible to get ahold of him....


ive been an avid member of the syty group since 97.... and the very last time i saw or spoke with torrey was in the parking lot across from hooters at KC 99.

Is Torrey his first or last name? If it's last, what's his first name?

Supposedly he goes to that local show every now and then. Anyone in the area could probably find it and find him, as well.

then again, who knows if he real name is torrey...

like i said.. i dont know of anyone who knows what he does as a living....

Yup its true I was up in WA. Territory today tearing up the highways, I
flew the company Jet up there today, and on my lay over I battled Wash.
drivers while making my way to see my folks. Sorry but I didn't see any SYs
or TYs out there.
I think I was driving to fast to notice, Ya know how those California drivers
are.

Whats up guys... I'm the one who met him at the show.

I must say the truck was incredible! I asked if he were active on any of the boards and he said it had been about 4 years since he was on one.

He lives about 10-15 minutes away from my parents...

Dont have much more info that that... but odds are I'll see him at this show/cruise night a few more times.

Torrey made a custom set a few years ago right after problems started to occur with Ivan.. He was developing another means of sealing the FPR adapter block to the rails so no leaks were to occur then he was going to offer them to the list... Torrey got busy with flying and other projects and fuel rails never happened... I remember calling torrey up trying to purchase his first set... Fuel rails kind of ended up the way of the carbon fiber tailgates ..

rumor is, Torry works for the CIA. not sure how true it is.

also, belive he still has stock cast looking heads.

but his truck will walk just about anybodys. :)

but i forget a lot, and mike lee talks to him more than i ever have or do.

Just some general things:

Yes, that's Torrey's truck

Yes, the fuel rails say "Syclone"

Yes, this is fast truck, no comments about real performance, these are Torreys' secrets and I wont talk about it.
Me and others have seen this truck running at a bad day, BadTy from Switzerland went with Brian (hiwinds) last year and it is not that slow

Yes it's an AWD truck with TH700R4 in it

Yes, it's hard to get a hold of Torrey BUT he is one of the super-nicest guys I EVER met in my life. We run into each other every now and then and I have to thank him helping we with my failed smog test last year.

Yes, he is very busy.

Hmmm I never had a problem to get in touch with him - LOL

Yes, we have been seen together last Friday... .
