No, don't lay low.... I think most of us thought you were a prankster, due to a recent, rather infamous prank concerning the PPG Sy.. you can do a search on that one....
You have a right to do whatever you want with your Ty... if the guys on here don't agree with what you're doing, you'll certainly hear about it, but it shouldn't stop you... it's your money.
If you're seriously making an off-road Ty... you'll need to become intimately familiar with a few parts of your truck.... front propshaft and transmission to name a few.... you'll find out the rest depending on how you treat it.
