Hi Randy - I was reading your post about keeping the DRAC without the ECU (http://www.syty.net/forums/forum/syty-tech-areas/chipping-emissions-tuning/101373-holley-hp-install-and-tips/page10). I have a 94 S10 with the CPI system, i'm in the process of top swapping everything to the syty intake/turbo. My original plan was to do exactly what you said, but instead use a 2001 0411 PCM to control the engine.

If I understand correctly, I should be able to remove the stock ECU - leave the harness for future reuse if needed - and simply replace the underhood engine wiring with the 2001 stuff. Everything including the tach and speedo should work correct? I don't have a factory boost gauge in that truck so that's not a worry. I've called a few places and nobody really seems to be willing to make me a custom harness. After reading your post, it really doesn't seem like I would really need one either though. For things like the water temp, oil pressure etc. do I need to "t" the wires under the hood so the gauges and PCM can both read?

From reading the forum and looking at my Ty, it seems the wiring between the two are very similar.

Just wanted to see what your thoughts were and if I read that correctly. Thanks.

Hey Phil, Thanks for the reply. I basically want to recreate my original Syclone I had back in 2006 but with a Typhoon. Hi Eric, I am looking to purchase the TT velocity chip for my typhoon. My typhoon currently is tuned with code59 with the moates austrich emulator.
The upgrades on my truck are:
-walbro 255 and hotwire kit
-billet adjustable FPR
-high flow pump and upgraded hoses
-kenne Bell CAI
-EGR delete
-silicone vac lines
-full tune up wires/cap/plugs
-plx wide band

My question is if I upgrade to the Turbotweak chip can I order and use 60# injectors without having to do anything else? Also should I or do I need to order the scanmaster G gauge to make adjustments to the Velocity chip?
Thank you for your knowledge.
I meant size of exhaust housing. Please text pics to 43two-20two-7169. Sometimes they would be upgraded to 10cm or 12cm
I haven't had anytime to even work on it just a ton parts in a box. I'm actually going to list it for sale if you know of anyone interested in finishing a project it has a fully built syclone engine in it as well as a whole list of parts and all original purchase papers and window stickers.
Hello Mike (Hood),

My name is Pete Schlay up here in Nova Scotia Canada.
Mike, I have a 1994 S-10 Blazer that I've done some 'conversion' work on to create a "What-If" Oldsmobile 2-door SUV using many Olds Bravada exterior cladding, bumper covers and numerous other details.

My multi-question to you Mike is regarding my factory original 1994 S-10 4.3L CPI "W" motor, 4L60 trans, and corporate 7.5" 3.42:1 ratio rear differential:

Part 1. I changed out the corporate 7.5" 3.42:1 geared rear differential housing and in its place I reinstalled a "Mexican" Dana-44 with 3.73:1 gears.
Part 2. I installed ZQ8 8"x16" aluminum wheels with 235/55-16" BF Goodrich Terrain T/A tires.
Part 3. My Blazer ("Tornado") has the 14-pin VSSB (not the 7-pin DRAC like in the SYTY's) so I must recalibrate my VSSB.

My calculations (TBI Chips website) using 3.73 gear, and 235/55-16 tires gives me an Input Ratio of 0.898507 and after checking the Table I came up with a "Jumper" pin sequence that appears like: 1-0-0-1-0-0-1

Do you still install DIP Switches on DRAC & VSSB boards?
What would you suggest I do with my 14-pin VSSB Board to recalibrate my setup with 3.73:1 gears and 235/55-16" tires?

Thank you Mike.
