I've tried a bunch of pads on my sport kit, and recently put in Rebestos BruteStop pads and they are better than the PBR's that came with the kit. Like $120 or something at pep boys, normally like 190 or something. Much better brake feel and modulation.

Matt if you are still getting boost creep using an electronic controller it's because your wastegate is too small and simply can't flow enough to regulate the boost properly.

the shocks will impact the float the most, but I did notice that when I rebuilt my front end, GMC is using the rubber jounce (bumpstop) on the front a-arm as a secondary spring. If you get new ones it will calm the front end down a bit, and it's dead cheap. Mine were smashed beyond recognition.
