About how many blue ty's were made. I really want to paint my ty blue.

Not including the super rare ones (rapsberry, etc.), the two blues are among the rarest colors. I forget the numbers...and am pretty sure no one knows for sure. But do a SEARCH cause it's been discussed 1,323,347,000 times.

No one knows the exact numbers, but my guess would be the two production blues, Royal Blue & Aspen probably number somewhere around 100 Ty.

IMO all Ty's are black,white,or red.

Buncha green,couple teals,and very few blues.

Royal,not many.Aspen even less.

The aspen color was cancelled early in the 92 year due to quality.They had probs spraying royal. The highest aspen know is 0964,and I don't think that even 3% of the first 1000 were aspen,so my guess would be <30 aspen and maybe a little more than that royal.

Yup, our Aspen Blue's paint looked like crap within a few months of it coming off the lot. Ended up with a GM warranty respray when it was a few years old.

Jimmy's guess of less than 30 Aspens is probably close. Last time we had a post like this we could only come up with 12 that were "known to exsist". I wish we did know how many...maybe someday.

The aspen blue's are sweet. I found one locally and should have picked it up but instead i passed. I don't know where it went but it was in nice shape at the time.

Nope, its aspen & silver. Youre thinking of either the one in Nebraska with the custom hood or the one in Indiana thats getting a LS1 transplant (if he ever finishes it :lol: ).

I thought you saw mine at the GMHTP thingy in NJ.

Thats the one from Nebraska I was talking about. It has a custom hood on it now.
