Interesting thought... if we pulled a CarFax we should see that it's got current registration then, right? I'm leaning towards its just occupying space in the shop.

Re: Bubba's hacked up ****ery on some poor guys Typhoon

ok so I had to go check out there progress..they are so god damn full of sh!@ it's not even funny.

The owner of this Z06 wanted to have a Supercharger installed to up his ponies. Here at Bubbas East Coast Rods & Customs we always work very closely with our customers to assist them in making the right decisions providing them with most bang for their buck.
Bubba shared with the owner that his money would be better spent doing exhaust upgrades to include ceramic coated long tube headers to help up the torque output and then reprogram the ECM (Electronic Control Module) and install a high flow air intake.
These upgrades would easily provide the owner some solid additional horsepower AND do them in the proper order as these upgrades would be best to do before ever installing a supercharger.
It's all about not just selling a product to our cherished customer or having them spend their hard earned money with us, it's about employing solid work ethics, superior technical knowledge and working with him/her to ensure things are done in the proper order guaranteeing they are 110% satisfied!
So lets watch Bubba work some modern performance magic in this segment we will call Z06 Performance Done Bubba Style!

Im guessing you went with the easy baby stuff since forced induction boggles your mind..your ECU programming consists of a hypertech power programmer doesn't it?

The typhoon is is shredding the tires and is INSAAAANNNE... wow that Z06 must feel like time travel then.

then you guys ordered a state of the art tire and balancing machine for your budget Typhoon build? WTF, you obviously have ZERO business sense..you won't ever do enough tire business to pay for the equipment by itself.

You know when you delete everyones comments, and only leave yours..it looks like your talking to yourself? But seriously the only thing you guys are even good for is making fun of.

Ah ha! I knew it! :rotf:

The caption is great

Now, it's time to re map the computer so that she runs smooth a s silk but is a kick in the pants for performance.

Way to remap the ECM there brainiac!

A supercharger on even 5-6 psi would have netted a bunch more power and torque gain than exhaust and a retune. Just sayin.

But then Bubba loses the opportunity to milk the owner for more money down the road when they finally do decide to go FI.

SLP is a waste of money, IMHO... Kooks would have been a better choice.

I am sure JJ's comment will be quickly deleted, so here it is:

Jj Nance Tom, as far as the Typhoon goes, you haven't proved anybody wrong yet. Don't expect any apologies from anyone that talked shit until you do. You have yet to post videos of it running, even though you have promised to do so within 24 hours several times. The only thing you have shown on it was a complete truck, sitting in your shop. Not even one pic of it outside since completion. Here it is 2 months later, and there are still pics of it in your shop. First thing you need to do is post video of it running. That might eliminate a few naysayers. But the big task to remove all doubt of Bubba's "ability" is to post dyno numbers and/or track times. The big thing isn't so much about getting it running, but to get it running properly. The plastic hat on top of the carb and Bubb's so called "cold air intake" are what the doubters are looking at. A platic hat on a boosted vehicle and a charge pipe from the turbo to the intake with no coolers in between. Show video or something showing the truck running at boost and running hard, and staying in one piece, THEN you can say you proved everybody wrong. Until then, it hasn't happened.

No sh*t. I noticed he deletes a lot of comments but leaves his response up, which doesn't make sense to me. I've never seen anyone that loves the smell of their own shit as much as Bubba there. Holy fack. Lack of education at it's best.

FWIW, it's bubbas daddy that manages the facebook page.

Bubba is a master at setting timing... he'd throw a whole new engine in it if he had to! :rotf:
