I cant speak for our trucks but when I did my Vette I did uppers, lowers, and all the ball joints. I think I remember cutting a coil off my springs too. It all took me about 6-8 hours. I just got my upper control arm bushings for the TY yesturday and am going to slap em in there this weekend. If you wanna wait I can probably get you some good info on it since itll be fresh in my mind. Its relly not all that bad depending on what tools you ahve.

When i did my CA bushings, it took me a good 4-5 hours to dissassemble the left side, and about 20 minutes for the right. Had the bushings pressed in for about $40. All went back together in about another 3-4 hours or so. Then aligned.

Agreed... Sway bar is easy.

Loosely attach one end to the A arm on one side as well as loosely attach the same side frame bracket. By loosely I mean only screw the bolts in 3 or 4 turns. Move to the other side and attach the other end of the sway bar loosely to the A arm and finally the last frame bracket. Run all the bolts down tight and your done.

The key IMO is to NOT tighten anything down until you have everything bolted on or youll have to fight the strength of the sway bar to get it into position/line up the bolts/bolt holes.

Takes me 10min start to finish to throw a sway bar on and Im about as uncordinated as you can get.

And sway bar is not ez at all........
Got the upper ones in one both sides pas. side carrier bushings, and the sway bar bushings in (sway bar bushing took like 4 hours to get in had to use a come along to get the bar bent in right) but I now know why the truck road so bad…. Bad Shock on drivers side. Didn’t get the lowers in not sure how to do that so I am going to have to take it to someone. But so far she rides 100 times better!!!
