i dunno i think the bronco and the K5 are also cool trucks....but i bet if they saw him driving around in a BMW 3 series they wouldnt say anything...

Grn/Gry #0195 of Clint's was for sale here locally a few years back at a Dodge Dealer. They claimed it was used in his movies, which is untrue. #195 didnt see any silverscreen time.

It was a low mileage POS (low 20k) that looked used and abused. Steering column was cracked open in the classic style to hotwire the truck to steal it. There were papers in the glove box from Clint's movie company etc.

Long story short, I came close to getting into a fist fight with the salesman after some heated words where exchanged. I was told to leave the dealer lot and never to come back. I was back the next day.

Took about 30-40 pics of the truck and stuffed my info in various places around the inside of the truck, gas tank door, etc. I got a call about a week later after seeing it with someone driving it and asking info about the truck, if it really was Clint's etc. Last I ever heard of it.

I thought that was a grn/gry in Absolute Power? Maybe not...

Ya, He drives off in a Typhoon in one of his movies. I think your right it was Absolute Power, He is robbing the place and Gene Hackman roughs up some chick and he splits to the ultimate escape vehicle. The shot of the truck last for about 3-4 seconds. Looked like a Black Typhoon.

Its a Grn/Gry, there is a clear shot of him pulling up and parking, then after running through the woods, you get to see him take off in night vision.

I liked the movie Absolute Power. It definately was Grn/Gry. That would be sweet if some of the stars that owned SYTY's made thier way here to SYTY.NET. Hey then again you never know, those members who never post but read could be them.
