Thanks all, yep agree with all notes above…awaiting final details from my State Farm agent and then to see about turning in title and I wouldn't be surprised keys etc. I'm thinking and I'm hoping the timing was good as that NADA site was super helpful along with the listings on Ebay / Autotrader past five months. Still don't have check in hand nor fully understand the details but hope to shortly, will keep all posted. :woot:

I have state farm as well and was wondering what your truck is listed as on your insurance card? Mine is listed as a 1991 Sonoma and I've always had an issue with this

He had an original Syclone with 97k on it?

NADA retail is $26,900.

They are offering him $25,782.

What exactly would you not feel honest about?

State Farm has all of the info on the truck, including miles. They're now (finally) paying like they are supposed to on this.

I have Progressive And it says syclone on the insurance card.
What I had a Progressive adjuster look at it for some damage we discussed the value of it I had stated value insurance for what I paid for it And he told me the NADA book was about $3,000 higher and that I should just change it from stated value insurance to regular insurance and I would make out better if something did happen to it. He was amazed by the truck he never knew GMC made them or had ever seen one before in his life.
