My SY is great in the snow!!! ---

I hate to drive my Syclone in the snow, but its alot better than my Camaro , lol.

I took it out for its first snow a couple days ago and have gotten in a few spots that left other cars AND trucks stranded.....all with the 10" meats.

VERY HAPPY , I love my truck. Now I am waiting for the rust to show that I just created ---

Yea had mine out in the snow two years ago and it was a blast.. but yea bad idea because now i have a few spots of surface rust on the frame but nothing big HAVE FUN WITH IT

I loved driving my sy in the snow. Living in CO. and having the truck as my only ride gave me no choice.
Blasting up mountain passes of 11000 feet plus in deep snow and ice is a crazy rush.
Yes, dangerous but effective when you gotta pass train loads of skiers headed to the same mountain i am.
Yes the rust has caught up w/ me, but thats getting terminated forever.

I drove in the Sy in the snow for the first time a couple weeks ago (remember Monday Night Football in Seattle). About an hour after it snowed during the game, the same stuff traveled down to where I was. It was bowling night and I was watching the game there. Went outside and saw about 5 inches had built up. I determined what I already knew! Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3's suck royal ass in the snow!!!! I couldn't turn or stop worth a s@#$. But I could truck right up any hill that came along!!!! I should buy some snow tires and do some rallycrossing in the Sy!

I have our 92 Ty outfitted with Kumho KW19 winters on 15" rims as we speak. It's pretty awesome in the snow up here, a little tail happy mind you, but just as much fun as my Talon AWD with winters.

i drove my ty for three days in the snow here before IT decided to run into a curb...now i decided to let it sit for the winter while i save for new rims haha
