Need help with a sound (rotation) video link attached

Hello,
I recently just got my truck back together after re-doing the entire front suspension and upgrading to a CBR F body brake kit. Did not change the hub or the CV joints, but everything else was changed
The truck makes a sound (almost sounds like metal (chains) rubbing) on the passenger side. So, I took the brakes back off, re checked for any signs of rubbing. I see nothing. re installed them, and still get it. There is no vibration or anything that occurs when the sound happens.
IT seems to be coming from behind the passenger wheel. It is with the rotation of the wheel and very audible. Happens during turns as well as during straight.
Could it be the wheel bearing?
Any help or assistance would be great before I send it to the mechanic...

Stock wheels? Check the outside of the caliper, I have done a few that rubbed the outer inside weld on the rim in a few places. You can clearance the caliper and the weld by removing lil at a time till it clears.....if this is your problem

F body calipers.
I was wondering if it was the fins on the caliper, but I see no rub marks, and I am confused as why it happens as a rotation sound not all the time

I also noticed that the wheel was extremely hot to touch after about 100 yards (pass front). Maybe the hub

Is the caliper sticking? Have you tried jacking that corner up and seeing if there is any resistance from the brakes?

I have. I don't feel any resistance from the brakes. To me, the sound makes me wonder if it is a bearing. I bought a new hub to put on when I get back

Yes the Fbody calipers are what I've seen rub, on the outer body of the caliper. Pull the wheel and look. Make sure you have the inboard and outboard pads correct. What did you torque the axle nut too?

Hmmm. I will check those. I have the pad correct double checked. Axle nut I got to a 160lb.

If you look at the inside of the wheels at the inner weld, you will see the spots if it making contact. Also sticky weights with the Fbody calipers will no longer work either

I cant see a wheel getting hot in 300 yards from a bad hub/bearing assembly... if the wheel is in fact hot id say you have something making contact with the wheel itself to generate heat that quick..

Ok, I spent 3 hours on the thing today....
I can not figure it out.
I took the brake off, caliper off.
Adjusted, grinded the top of the caliper thinking that was it making contact with the wheel.
It wasnt.
I took the caliper off, and looked closely.
what it looks like is when the caliper bracket is sitting to close to the rotor. When the rotor is spinning it is slightly hitting the clip that the pads are located in. .
I tried to adjust but no go....
No clue if my rotor (brand new) is oblong (doubt it) or the clip is bad (came with the kit I purchased).
Very frustrating casue all I want to do is drive this thing

Update:
Took everything off....
Replaced teh pass hub. Just in case.
When I re-installed everything, checked, everything cleared but the rotor was very close to the clip.
Just drove it for 2 miles.
Noise occured 1x. very slight. When I lightly pressed on teh brakes it went away.
So, I have it narrowed down to something with the pass. front brake.
I am wondering if the hole in the CBR bracket is slightly off...

Very frustrated...
I replaced the hub, thinking it was the bearing... No
Checked teh brakes.... still the same.
The first about 1/2 mile, there is no sounds, and then it starts. I honetsly can not tell if it is the brakes or something else.
I have had the brakes off 5 times. there is no weird vibration. Just that sound with vibration.
When I am pulling into my driveway it will make the sound all the way into the garage. It is more prevelant to the pass side front.

I found a few f bodys that had a similar issue to mine where the brake hardware clips were tounching the rotor, but not all the time.
When you press on teh brakes, do the clips expand or flex out?
It seams like the rotor is touching hte clip. I have adjusted everything, and that is the only thing I think it can be.
Anyone?

Couldn't view the youtube link from where I am, but have you checked your Transfer case to make sure that it has ATF in it.
If it ever runs 'dry', it produces a squeaky rubbing sort of sound! Not a very good place to be.
From the drivers seat, noises are difficult to pinpoint. Worth a look in any case.

I'm thinking of going out to mess with the truck a little, then I was reminded of how hot it is. Yeah...no. Still didn't put the battery relocate kit in yet. Need a new battery, pc680 will not hold a charge. Been looking for instructions. Someday...Jim

Thats good but This would not explain why your right front wheel is hot to the touch after 100 yards of driving..
