HOLY SHIT!! Congrats man, that Ty is now respectable again, wow at the exhaust though, doesn't anyone think when they modify their cars? Taste just isn't in many peoples books these days.

looks nice zach. scrub up the tires for some better pics. You should be able to reach the tires just fine. :)

Re: Project De-MexiTy...

That looks so much better.. You should set the rear axle back some to center the rear wheels in the opening.

Thanks Renz, always great to read your worthless replies.

On another hand, I could use some nice decals... oh and Renz, where's my lower ic scoop?

Re: Project De-MexiTy...

Arent those the diamondback headlights? I'll have to look closer.

As for being for sale? My biggest issue is garage space. Right now this Ty is in Norton Ks in my Grandmothers Garage. My syclone is in my parents garage. If I can't find some cheap storage soon the Ty is what would go first.

Everytime I look at my Syclone parked somewhere I fall in love with it over again.... such a badass truck... i don't think i could ever sell it.

My buddy who did all the body work and painted this fixed those pieces of cladding very well. However, he used silver rivets on the back bumper for some reason. I'm guessing the rivet gun he had wouldn't work. Should be an easy fix though. He used the plastic rivets that I bought for the other two pieces and they look great.

I think it all looks good!
F the haters.

The red trim on the tails is sweet!
Hell I would have painted the mirrors and door handles too!

Put some black wheels on it if you want accent! ;)
Maybe blackout the tail light lenses but leave the trim ring red...

looks good! Paint looks so good the reflections are clear as day. Speaking of which, wassup with the freaky munchkin in the reflections?

phoonTy

Truckless. For now.
Re: Project De-MexiTy...

Looks good Zach

Those headlights kind of look like my Sylvania Silverstars :dunno:

I like red/red trucks. Maybe black decals? Silver decals with clears up front wouldn't look too bad either.

Not sure what you are talking about :)

So who has some pics of red/red Ty's with different color of decals? That's what I will order next.

The tires need replaced, this truck sat for over 5 years. I have yet to drive it past 2nd gear. The tranny built is questionable, so there might be a surprise waiting for me once I get it on the highway.

Speaking of Surprise, Arizona, I still don't have my parts that should have came with the Ty. Most importantly, the Cold Air Kit that I desperately need so I can put the battery terminals on the box. Battery is mounted in front of tire.
