Stock Exhaust Manifold locking tabs part #

Anybody got the part # for the arc-shaped locking tabs that keep the exhaust manifold bolts from turning? I'm guessing these aren't specific to syty...

The front ones are 14081241, and the back ones are 14081242

How are you supposed to install those and the heat shields, without them twisting up when you finally tighten the GD exhaust manifold bolts? (Which are oh-so-difficult to thread due to manifold shrinkage)
