I had this too. Except, I had the whole collection. There was about 20-30 different articles, all on different cars. I can't remember where it came from though. I just remember getting a new article in the mail every other week or so. My dad ordered it (this was back when I was maybe 12-13 years old or so).
The entire thing might still be laying at my parents house somewhere. Or I might even have it somewhere. I should look for it!

If you read the add it's actually pretty funny, "this truck can reach 100 mph in less than 18 seconds" well I sure hope so :rotf:
"It can get by with rear drum brakes" and "Brakes are just as impressive as the acceleration" put down the crack pipe buddy, my brakes suck ( well till now ) and I don't think trying to put your head through the windsheild is nearly as much fun as trying to put it through the headrest! :tup:
"Because pickups don't need independent rear suspension" I wish they would have thought that about the torsion bar setup also :roll:

I used to have two syclones but I lost one of them. I received mine in the mail, the Syclone booklets were included among 5 or 6 freebie they gave out, they were trying to get me to buy the set. This is why the Syclone are also much more common then the Typhoon ones.

Barnes and Noble has a couple of books with reprints of both the Syclone and Typhoon (along with a lot of other vehicles). My local store still has this one on the shelves:

I think it costs about $20. It's over 400 pages too. They have another one on trucks that also has the Sy/Ty.
