A couple nights ago a freind and I who is also syty crazy spotted a Sy sitting at a carshow so decided to stop in and look at it. i proceeded to find the owner and asked him about his truck. He got cocky and went off about how he is the original owner and the truck only has 22k!
Then i asked him if he was contemplating selling it because i know Will in denver is looking for a sy and a few others. Instead he lauged at me and told me I wouldnt be able to AFFORD it, and i decided to still be somewhat polite and explaned to him that i am aware of what the trucks are and they are worth good money. Then i laughed at him and explained that I have TWO TYs and im not the poor hispanic kid he automatically judged me to be. Then i told him about MHST and SyTy.net, but he todl me he didnt care about that stuff and walked off. :roll:

he ticked me off but if he would have listened he probably could have had help keepin his truck in tune, but i guess he is doin just fine. :fist:

I HATE people like that. There is nothing worse than someone who owns a car for status above other people. Damn it, just drive and appreciate them.

I have met a couple of terds like this at car shows....they can really piss you off.....just remember that they usually don't know anything anyway...and are not worth the anger...

What you didn't say about people like that is... most of them are so up to their necks in debt they can't stand it but like to put on the "dog" for people so they can seem like big shots when they are really little shots I see it all the time! I never say what I do and have for a living. I like to let people just say all the bs they have to say and find out just how stupid most of them are who act that way. Sounds like you did a good job at talking to him though cause I would have put his azz on Front Street really quick in front of his woman, momma, or whomever after he had gone on and on about how I couldn't afford it crap! Yeah...again sorry about that...I had a gas attack...and it was just painful to hear the guy go on and on about his black and white Typhoons. I really needed to get to the bathroom and unload the dookey.
