what oxygen sensor

uhhh.... yeah....
what oxygen sensor do you guys recomend? i just put in a bosh last night and i think is already bad. i've heard that the gm ones are better. with the paper clip all im getting is the code 45 i think it was? but it was the oxygen sensor one.

Code 45 just means the o2 sensor is seeing a rich reading,not that the sensor is bad.

so what do i need to do? the truck has an ultimate chip intake and a flowmaster on it, this all started with the chip and plug change. would i need to put a fuel pressure regulator?

You need to upgrade the fuel pump and get an AFPR with the ultimate.If you haven't done that yet,just put the stock chip back in for now.

Do a search for "code 45" and see what all it could possibly be

First thing I would do is check to see if your oil smells like gas.Just smell the dipstick.

Did you also change out the map sensor as the stock one only reads 2 bar and if oyu put in the ultimate you will need a 3 bar or the truck will not run properly.

Hey sorry i couldnt help ya the other day when you stoped by the shop. I guess my scanner just didnt like your truck for some reason. Ill be there for most of tomorrow after noon so if you wanna dig into her a little more just give me a shout.
