406 small block GT
ok so this involves a quick story of my sonoma gt
about a year and a half ago i bought my truck for $700
at the time it did not run. about $100 later and a good 4 hours
of buffing waxing cleaning and replacing parts on the upper intake and
it was good as new. i drove the truck with the 4.3 for about a month or more before
storing it for the winter. next spring i took it out and me and my old man replaced the intake gasket to get rid of the only leak. the first day after that the motor blew on my way to work. i spent the duration of that summer working 80 hour weeks to pay for my 406 that is now in the sonoma. finished it in october and drove it for 3 days then put it back into storage just in time for snow. last wednesday i pulled it back out of storage and started to break in the fresh motor. last saturday my tranny burnt out the 3rd and 4th gears. i get my transmission back from the shop tomorrow
.
so who wants to place bets on how long it takes my rearend to take a shit. seeing as how i havent had much luck thus far. karma's a bitch
